Hope in Jesus (HIJ) is a private, Christian children's home located near San Pedro Sula, Honduras. 

Hope in Jesus was founded in 2010 and Orphan Outreach has partnered with Hope in Jesus since 2018. In 2019, HIJ began to transition from a traditional, long-term residential care home to an orphanage that focuses on family reunification. After much prayer and consideration, Orphan Outreach feels the next step God is calling us to in strengthening the child protective system is not just consulting with the government and other NGOs to help foster care efforts, but to provide foster care through Hope in Jesus. In 2024, we will transition Hope in Jesus from a residential home to a foster care program.
