A backpack full of school supplies may appear to be a simple gift. It marks an exciting time in the life of a child — the beginning of a new school year and a fresh start full of new opportunities. However, for thousands of children here in the Chicago area, going to the first day of class with a new backpack full of new supplies isn’t a given, it’s a blessing.

Moody Radio Chicago, and key inner city ministries are working together to bring backpacks and the love of Christ to these inner city children.

From August 1 - 15, you can donate backpacks full of supplies online.
