Mike has 33 years of children services experience, managing children’s services domestically and has led an international orphan ministry for the past 11 years as Vice President of Buckner Orphan Care International. He has a Master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Amy has a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University and has 14 years experience in domestic and international adoptions. She worked for two years as a Guardian ad Litem for children and a court appointed special advocate for abused children. She has managed international orphan ministry programs for 11 years. She and her husband are adoptive parents having adopted a child from Russia.

Tiffany has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas Christian University and a Graduate Marketing Certificate from Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. She was a partner with a marketing/PR firm for 12 years and has experience in leading marketing for orphan ministry for 7 years. She and her husband are also adoptive parents with two children adopted from Russia.

Paula has over 26 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry and 5 years administrative experience in orphan ministry. She has led and ministered to orphans on numerous mission trips since 1999.

Amy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M in Journalism and Advertising. She has 13 years experience in marketing and web design. She has been supporting an orphan ministry for 7 years in web design and management.

Stacey has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Biblical Studies from Biola University in Los Angeles, CA. She has worked in both large and small companies using her gifts to streamline systems and oversee many intricate details. She and her husband Robbie have been very involved in student ministries for 9 years and have led student mission trips ministering to orphans in Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, and Kenya.
